10.1Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jilivoe:
10.2To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to jilivoe's DPO at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Privacy Request." jilivoe will acknowledge your request within three (3) business days and respond in full within thirty (30) calendar days, or within the period prescribed by the NPC where applicable.
10.3jilivoe may request proof of your identity before processing any data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorized party.
The jilivoe platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 years and older. This is a PAGCOR mandatory requirement. jilivoe does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and all associated personal data deleted in accordance with our data retention obligations.
11.1jilivoe employs age verification at the point of registration and may request government-issued proof of age at any time. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor under 21 has submitted personal data to jilivoe, they should contact the DPO at [email protected] immediately. jilivoe will take prompt action to delete the relevant data and close the account.
12.1jilivoe's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines.
