These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jilivoe platform, including all games, services, and features available at jilivoe.club. Please read this Agreement carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the jilivoe platform.

1.4These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the case of any inconsistency or dispute.

2.1The jilivoe platform is available exclusively to individuals who: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) are physically located within the Philippines at the time of play; (c) are not self-excluded from the jilivoe platform or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator; (d) are not employees, officers, directors, agents, or immediate family members of jilivoe or its affiliated entities; and (e) are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law.

2.3Any account found to belong to a player who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.1 will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited into ineligible accounts will be returned, minus any amounts wagered prior to detection. jilivoe accepts no liability for wagering losses incurred by ineligible players.
2.4You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.1Each player may maintain only one (1) jilivoe account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or otherwise connected accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. jilivoe reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate all associated balances.
3.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivoe login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. jilivoe shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3You must notify jilivoe's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your jilivoe account. jilivoe will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
3.4jilivoe reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or PAGCOR compliance requirements. Where practicable, jilivoe will provide written notice of account closure and process any eligible balance in accordance with these Terms.
3.5Players may close their jilivoe account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Outstanding bonus amounts not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Eligible real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.
4.1jilivoe accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. jilivoe does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
4.2All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your jilivoe account details. jilivoe will not process deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit from a mismatched source may be reversed, and the relevant jilivoe account suspended pending investigation.
4.3Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit ("same-payment-method rule") to comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests must meet a minimum threshold of ₱200. jilivoe targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out on the platform, subject to KYC verification being complete.
4.4jilivoe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking network issues, or scheduled maintenance windows of GCash, BPI, BDO, or other payment providers.
4.5All transactions on the jilivoe platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilivoe accepts no liability for foreign currency conversion losses.
5.1jilivoe may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, or VIP rewards ("Promotional Offers") to eligible players. All Promotional Offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions.
5.2Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any portion may be withdrawn. 9.2Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in jilivoe's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jilivoe content without express prior written consent.
10.1To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilivoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilivoe platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2jilivoe's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
10.3jilivoe does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilivoe will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
10.4Gambling involves inherent financial risk. jilivoe is a platform provider and is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming activity. You acknowledge that you participate in all gaming activities on the jilivoe platform at your own risk.

13.3If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established player dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR mediation or investigation proceeding.
13.4Subject to Clause 13.3, any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
